    Marcelo Navas1Went to this dealership that I purchaced my CTS to see if they would reset my navigation that I got from e-bay, gave me the biggest B/S about it will not work and I would have to send it out and they would get back to me about price. still waiting to hear from them...BTW went to another dealership and they did the reset in 2 minutes. I will NEVER get my car serviced at SUN Auto Group, I cannot believe the great service I got when I was there to purchase my CTS to now having the service department not want to deal with my situation.
